I’m standing in a personal capacity but I’m a mental health nurse by background, Joint Branch Secretary of a large UNISON health branch and Chair of UNISON’s Yorkshire & Humberside Regional Health Committee. I’m also active in the party as Vice Chair of Wakefield CLP, and until recently was Chair of Governors at a school twice rated ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted.
Employed by South West Yorkshire Partnership Health NHS Trust as a mental health nurse. Currently on release to trade union duties as UNISON Joint Branch Secretary’
