Though there is nothing you can do about it, there are a few ways you can consider to calm your anxiety. One of the most evolutionary tactics to every condition is your brain. Our brains can treat almost everything at least what can be treated. This is what we have learned all these thousands of years.

The first and foremost thing to treat anxiety is to exercise. You don’t need to be an Olympic gold medallist to do that, but just a walk for 45 minutes will do that. Sleep is an anti-depressant. If you get adequate sleep, you are less likely to feel anxious after you get up. It recharges your brain and reduces the anxiety level. An average human being needs 7-9 hours of sleep every day. You need to maintain a cycle. Follow a schedule and maintain it. Also, do your workout in the morning.

Alcohol:

Excess of everything is bad. The most important thing about alcohol you should understand is that it can help you relax, but heavy drinking will land you in deeper problems. So keep it disciplined. A couple of drinks will be fine to help you relax and get your mind off the thoughts.

Smoking:

Smoking a cigarette is addictive, and smokers reach out for a cigarette at any time of stress.
