Firstly, Matt Wrack of the Fire Brigade Union will address us on the impact of Grenfell and ongoing cuts to emergency services in the capital; we have also invited Emma Dent-Coad MP to speak about her health and housing report which also came out of the horrors of Grenfell. Steve Reed MP is also keen to be factored in to discuss Seni’s Law which involves mental health and the BAME community and the often inappropriate involvement of the criminal justice sytem; Andrew Gwynne will speak on local govt, health and housing at either this meeting or the AGM. We may also find other London elected members will be able to pop in too.
We will additionally be well placed to include the London Ambulance Service in our discussions, also air quality and the environment.
London Plan consultation on the City Hall website we shall be referring each criteria which has a health aspect in our response. Please feel free to email ideas for inclusion.
