Where should the NHS be going on the seventy third anniversary of the Beveridge Report?
A talk from Martin Rathfelder and Jonathon Carr-Brown, followed by discussion.
Martin is Director of the Socialist Health Association
Jonathon has been a speech writer for Labour Health ministers during the Blair Brown era, and has inside experience on some key problems facing our NHS.
The talk will cover the likely trajectory of the NHS under the Tories, what alternative strategies labour should be arguing for, what we can learn from looking at continental health models and the health implications of the devolution of power to cities.
Non-members and health professionals very welcome.
This event is organised by Bournemouth Labour Party
