Monitoring the NHS - very useul summary by Patient UK of the present state and recent history of organisations across the UK which
- Represent the views of patients and the public to the NHS.
- Monitor how well NHS bodies perform in taking account of these views.
- Support patients who are having difficulty with NHS services, for example, in finding a service or in making a complaint.
